АНАЛІЗ ФАКТОРІВ РОЗВИТКУ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ У ТОРГІВЛІ У 2020–2024 РР.
Анотація
Метою дослідження є аналіз розвитку інформаційного забезпечення логістики у торгівлі у 2020–2024 рр. та ролі цифрових рішень у підвищенні адаптивності й ефективності компаній. Методика дослідження. Застосовано системний і структурно-функціональний підходи та методи аналізу й моделювання, спираючись на сучасні концепції цифрової логістики й управління ланцюгами постачання. Результати. Доведено, що у 2020–2024 рр. розвиток інформаційного забезпечення логістики визначався сукупним впливом технологічних, ринкових, зовнішніх та організаційно-інституційних факторів, які стимулювали цифровізацію, впровадження аналітики й орієнтацію на європейські стандарти, попри наявні кадрові та ресурсні обмеження. Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Практична цінність результатів полягає у можливості їх використання для цифрової модернізації логістики, оптимізації витрат і підвищення стійкості ланцюгів постачання у стратегічному плануванні розвитку торгівлі.
