СТРАТЕГІЧНА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ЛАНЦЮГІВ СТВОРЕННЯ ЦІННОСТІ ЦИФРОВОГО БІЗНЕСУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ
Анотація
Мета дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні стратегічної трансформації ланцюгів створення цінності цифрового бізнесу України в умовах війни та формуванні інтегрованої концептуальної моделі такої трансформації. Методика дослідження ґрунтується на аналізі теоретичних положень концепції ланцюга створення цінності, застосуванні інструментарію Value Stream Mapping, узагальненні наукових джерел і практик українських ІТ-компаній щодо забезпечення безперервності діяльності. Результати дослідження свідчать про критичну залежність цифрового бізнесу від енергетичної, мережевої та логістичної інфраструктури та дають змогу виокремити чотири напрями трансформації: клієнтоорієнтований перегляд бізнес-моделей, цифровізацію ланок створення цінності, розвиток післяпродажної підтримки та інтеграцію цифрових чинників у стратегічне управління. Практична значущість результатів дослідження полягає в можливості їх використання ІТ-компаніями для підвищення стійкості, зростання довічної цінності клієнта та зміцнення конкурентних переваг у воєнних умовах.
