INTEGRATED MODEL OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an integrated model of strategic management of enterprise innovation and investment development under conditions of economic transformation. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to form a holistic management approach capable of ensuring the coherence of key components of enterprise development and improving the quality of strategic decision-making. Research methodology. The achievement of the stated objective is ensured through the application of a systematic approach to identify and analyze the interrelationships between strategic planning, risk management, financial indicators, and digital tools. Methods of analysis and synthesis are employed to generalize existing scientific approaches and reveal their limitations, while modeling is used to construct an integrated framework that reflects the interaction and interdependence of its core elements. Results. The study substantiates the necessity of integrating key management components into a unified system and proposes an original integrated model of strategic management of innovation and investment development. The model is based on the principles of system integration, adaptability, consistency, and feedback, and reflects the synergistic effect arising from the interaction of its elements. Its application ensures the alignment of strategic and operational decisions and enhances the responsiveness of enterprises to dynamic environmental changes. Practical significance of the research results. The implementation of the proposed theoretical and applied approaches will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of strategic management, ensuring the coordination of innovation and investment processes, improving the efficiency of resource utilization, reducing risks, and strengthening the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in a rapidly evolving economic environment.
