COMPREHENSIVE INTELLECTUAL-MORAL AND TRANSCENDENT PARADIGM OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALISM

Abstract

The problem of defining a holistic intellectual-moral and transcendent paradigm of the development of socio-economic systems is considered on the example of societies of different countries, which, among other things, Ukraine should rely on when choosing its own post-war movement towards progress in the conditions of globalization. The essence of each of the components of a holistic paradigm is revealed: intellectuality in the form of people having analytical and large-scale thinking as the ability to rise above the situation and see it from different sides behind the fence of their experience, and even in the interconnection of these sides. The purpose of the article. To identify the mechanisms of interaction of intelligence, morality and transcendence as the basis for the development of socio-economic systems in the context of globalization and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Research methodology. An interdisciplinary analysis of scientific approaches, generalization of theories of intelligence, institutional development and moral and ethical concepts were used. Results. It is proved that effective development of society is possible only if high intelligence is combined with moral values and a developed need for transcendence; the risks of the dominance of immoral intelligence are identified. Practical significance of the research results. The results can be used to form the management elite, educational strategies and development policies aimed at the sustainable restoration of Ukraine. Findings. It is proposed to begin to form a managerial elite in post-war Ukraine taking into account three sides in applicants for responsible positions: those capable of large-scale and analytical thinking with highly developed universal morality and transcendence. This will be a “white filter” – a pass for those who want to govern as a certain obstacle to the development of corruption in the state and at the same time a means of forming a capable elite using the principles of meritocracy (based on merit and abilities).
