AI AGENTS AS A FACTOR IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF SECURITY-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: A THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH
Abstract
The article examines the transformation of security-oriented management of educational institutions under conditions of digital uncertainty and increasing complexity of risks within the educational environment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for integrating AI agents into the system of security-oriented management of educational institutions and to develop an author’s model of their application as an element of an intellectualized management ecosystem. The methodological framework of the study comprises systemic, ecosystem-based, and security-oriented approaches, concepts of proactive and risk-oriented management, the theory of artificial intelligence and AI agents, as well as methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparison, and generalization of scientific sources. It is substantiated that traditional approaches to security management, focused on control and reactive response, are insufficiently effective in a multidimensional and dynamic educational environment. A theoretical interpretation of AI agents as digital subjects of management is proposed; their functions and roles at different levels of educational institution governance are identified. An author’s model of an AI-agent-based system of security-oriented management is developed, grounded in the principles of multilevel organization, ecosystem thinking, fractality, and quantumness. It is proven that the integration of AI agents enables a transition to a proactive management model, increases the validity of managerial decision-making, and enhances system resilience under conditions of uncertainty. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed model and scientific findings in the activities of educational institutions during the digital transformation of security management systems, the development of risk management strategies, and the training of managerial personnel and future specialists in educational management.
