Abstract

The purpose of the article is to investigate and substantiate theoretical and applied aspects of using modern information and analytical tools to enhance management effectiveness in industrial enterprises. Methodology of research. The study employs methods of logical generalization, scientific abstraction, structural analysis, and analytical modeling. The research also integrates approaches to evaluating enterprise activity, monitoring production processes, and applying digital technologies for real-time decision-making. Findings. The paper identifies key barriers to enterprise transformation, including limited financial resources, weak organizational coordination, and insufficient availability of analytical data. It proposes approaches to optimizing information support for managerial decisions, strengthening adaptability to market changes, and improving risk assessment and performance monitoring systems. Particular attention is paid to integrating digital dashboards, automated reporting tools, and advanced forecasting methods. Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of developing analytical competencies among staff and building a sustainable human capital foundation for data-driven decision-making. These approaches enhance enterprise resilience, efficiency, and competitiveness under dynamic industrial conditions. Practical value. The proposed theoretical and applied solutions enable industrial enterprises to create favorable organizational and production conditions, improve product competitiveness and quality, and strategically position themselves in evolving markets.
